TMG’s membership system allows you to mix and match non-clinical appointment services. Your monthly membership fee of $98 earns you one of the following appointment services each month:
- 60 minute personal training session or
- 60 minute private yoga session or
- 60 minute kinstretch session or
- 70 minute therapeutic massage
- all members may take advantage of our recovery equipment!

The Hyperice Venom is a wearable device that uses heat and vibration to warm up, loosen and relax sore muscles by increasing circulation and making your muscle tissue more pliable. This improves joint range of motion and can help relieve pain caused by tight, stiff and sore muscles
Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation
The Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation utilizes electric pulses to create involuntary muscle contractions that speeds up recovery by increasing blood flow to the stimulated muscles aiding in the elimination of post-exercise waste products.

The Power Plate Pulse,DualSphere, and Roller are portable, quiet, targeted vibration massage products that aid recovery from sport, exercise, and life by relaxing sore and stiff muscles. Regular use of these products will aid in reducing soreness, along with improving muscle pliability and circulation.
