About the teacher:
Jessica Carlin is ayoga educator and licensed massage therapist who seamlessly combines her extensive background in movement with the principles of Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Since 2016, she has been integrating FRC and Kinstretch into her movement practice and helps students develop active, usable ranges of motion while safely promoting joint health and longevity.
