What is Kinstretch?

Kinstretch is an evidence-based system designed to improve your mobility, strength, and body control through targeted, intentional exercises. Each session focuses on building resilience in all major joints—from the spine and hips to the shoulders and beyond—ensuring you cultivate a balanced, functional range of motion that supports both everyday activities and athletic performance.

Over the past month I have taken several amazing Kinstretch classes lead by Jessica. She is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about improving range of motion is a safe way. I look forward to her weekly sessions and have notice improvements in my hips and shoulders. An added benefit she excellent massage therapist. I have definitely added the Movement Guild to my wellness routine.

About the teacher:

Jessica Carlin is ayoga educator and licensed massage therapist who seamlessly combines her extensive background in movement with the principles of Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Since 2016, she has been integrating FRC and Kinstretch into her movement practice and helps students develop active, usable ranges of motion while safely promoting joint health and longevity.
