Through several sessions (and follow up of his instructions on my part), we were able to alleviate most of my debilitating symptoms. All of the therapists are fully engaged and in synch with their patients, working WITH you and not ON you, focused on what is effective and what else can be done to facilitate recovery. We both decided to try the massage therapy with Jessica, who is experienced, effective and attuned to individual needs. Physical therapists Kyle and Julia were exceptionally thorough, caring, and effective. If and when one or both of us needs physical therapy again, we will absolutely return to The Movement Guild to see Kyle, Julia, and Jessica.
